Pokéquiz
Can you guess all 1025 different Pokémon in the Pokédex?
This is a project I started after my friends found a similar guessing game website. While individually trying to guess all the Pokémon, we figured it would be fun if we could work together. I booted up my Visual Studio Code little over a minute later (now knowing the website already supported multiplayer).
As it was my first proper introduction to JavaScript and SocketIO, it still requires a lot of cleanup.
Mahjong Calculator
Easily calculate the value of your Riichi Mahjong hand!
Mahjong is an old, Chinese game in which 4 players take turns drawing tiles to complete their hand. The value of ones hand is determined by a big number of patterns and conditions, making the calculating process rather complex for new players.
Being a big mahjong fan myself, I noticed a lack of clear tools one can use to automatically calculate their hand's value. Especially for Riichi Mahjong, the Japanese version which has gained a lot of popularity. That's why I decided to build my own Riichi Mahjong hand calculator.
